A notary house is a house that is built in a certain chic classic style. It is therefore not a house where a notary lives, as the name may suggest, but a housing style. They are beautiful stately homes, which are characterized by beautiful characteristic details. For example, a notary’s house has a low gutter line, which is often already on the first floor. As a result, notary houses always have a beautiful striking roof, which is made even more beautiful by the ceramic roof tiles and elegant dormer windows. The stone façade is often symmetrical, meaning that the luxury front door is in the center, with an equal number of windows on the left and right side of the door.
There are very old monumental notary houses, but there are also very modern new-build notary houses. These can be prefabricated houses, almost ready-made houses. Do you want a unique notary house? Then you could also have one designed and built by an architect who specializes in it. To give you an idea of what is possible, we have listed several beautiful notary houses for you, realized by different architects.
We found this beautiful notary’s house in the portfolio of Spanjers architect from Oirschot. They have designed several notary houses in different styles, but we think this is one of the most beautiful. The house has a typical appearance of a notary house, as we have described above. In addition to a stately front door, you will find two beautiful large windows with wooden shutters on both sides of the door, and three small dormer windows on the roof. This notary house also has an outbuilding, with a garage at the front, while a covered terrace in the garden has been created at the back. Click here to view more photos.
The architects of Spanjers architect also designed a 1930s notary’s house. The design is a lot more modern than the above rural notary house, but of course this house also has a symmetrical facade, a low gutter line and a stately front door. In addition, they have laid out an enormous garden, matching the stately appearance of the house. Click here to read more about it.
Architect van Gerben ter Horst of architectural firm Korfker Architecten designed this notary’s house. The design was created through close collaboration between the clients and the architect. As you can see from the beautiful light stone facade, a lot of attention has been paid to stately details such as the great wide front door, the characteristic windows and the accompanying wooden window shutters on the facade. A typical notary house layout has been made with the bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. Click here for more information and to view more beautiful photos.
We found this beautiful home at Allure Bouw, a well-known villa builder who has completed more than 800 homes in the past 20 years. And this house is only one of them. It is not a typical notary house, as we know it, but as Allure Bouw describes it itself, it is a cross between a classic notary house and a modern contemporary villa. This is mainly due to the white facade plasterwork, flat ceramic roof tiles and the black painted window frames. Click here to see more pictures of this beautiful luxury villa.
The above house is white, but it is not really a traditional notary’s house. The house below, realized by construction company RoscoBouw , does have all the important characteristics of a notary’s house. The symmetrical facade, the low gutter line, the dormer windows, you name it. Yet this notary house has a modern touch. This is due to the white painted stone facade, which is combined with black steel window frames, black doors and black roof tiles. A beautiful light-dark contrast, which makes this notary’s house so beautiful and special. And a very sturdy garden canopy has been realized on the rear facade.
This notary house is located in Hoevelaken. Designed by Volpe Architects and built by construction company Overeem. In the same list, the architects also designed a number of other homes, and these residents had the desire to build a notary’s house. The house is characterized by beautiful typical details of a notary house, but also contains a number of modern elements. For example, an extension has been realized at the rear and you will find a number of solar panels on the roof. A notary’s house can therefore also be sustainable. 7. New construction
Newly built houses have the image that they all look alike and that there is no atmosphere or character. This new-build notary’s house proves that it can also be done differently. We found it at construction company Van der Geest, who realized the project in 2011. Architect Henry Meijer designed the house. It has become a beautiful stately notary house, with the conveniences and luxury of a new-build home. The best of both worlds! Would you like to see more photos of this project? Click here .
A prefab house is a ready-made house, which is built as a kit on a piece of land. As a result, such a house can be delivered hull within two days. After that, the house must of course still be finished. Did you know that there are also prefab notary houses available. The house below is a very good example of this, which we found at Janssen-Bouw. This is the JB 2007 type, which has the appearance of a notary’s house, thanks to the two dormer windows and the four windows. Knowing more? Click here for more info.
Above we have shown the modern white notary house, which has been realized by Allure Bouw. At Allure Bouw we also found the following project from Vinkeveen, a super nice narrow notary’s house. Most notary houses have a wide facade of at least 11 meters. Because the residents of this house do not have such a wide plot, Allure Bouw has built this house in depth. Of course you can! This is also a new construction project, while the house radiates a lot of atmosphere and character. Love it! Knowing more? Here you will find more photos and information.
We also found this last notary’s house in the impressive portfolio of Allure Bouw. This project is a real luxury villa, characterized by beautiful characteristic details, such as the zinc on the extended facades, the wooden window shutters and the authentic frame of the front door. But because it is a new construction project, the residents of this home also enjoy a high level of finish and modern conveniences. Here you will find even more beautiful photos and information!
