Are you planning to go for a green wall or even several green walls in your interior? Good idea, because green walls are the new white walls. Green is not only a very beautiful wall color, it is also a very versatile and flexible color. There are many different beautiful green shades that look great in different rooms in the house. Whether it’s the living room, bedroom, kitchen or hall, a green wall is always a good idea. The big question is which green color shade of which brand you go for. We have selected a number of green wall paint shades from the three popular paint brands Flexa, Histor and Farrow & Ball, which we certainly like completely. Which green wall paint are you going for?
1. Flexa – Monument green – Sleek
The Flexa Monument green is a very cool dark green color shade. From certain angles it even looks a bit like dark gray. In this classic hall, the plinths, the door and doorposts and the radiator are painted in monumental green. Super nice!
2. Flexa – White Eucalyptus
In this bedroom, the wall is painted a pastel green hue. It is the Flexa White Eucalyptus, a fresh light green color, which, as can be seen in this bedroom, can be very nicely combined with a wooden floor.
3. Flexa – Middle Thyme
The Flexa Middle Thyme is also a very fresh green color shade. It is slightly darker and bluer than White Eucalyptus, but it is at least just as fresh. As seen here, it is a really nice green color for the nursery walls!
4. Flexa – Something Sage – Mixed Colors Collection
The Slightly Sage color is a completely different green shade than the above green shades. It’s a muted green-gray hue, which you can use in a variety of ways. We found the photo below at Inricht-huis.com , in which you can see that the walls of a super beautiful Scandinavian living room has been painted with this green wall paint.
5. Histor – S 8010 B90G
Here you see the Histor – S 8010 B90G. As you can see, a green wall was chosen here, but the chests of drawers were also painted in the same green hue. It looks great with wooden accents, such as the wooden floor, the wooden wall shelves, but also the leather door handles on the chest of drawers.
6. Histor – Healthy S 2010 G10Y
Above it was already clear that a green wall is a good idea for the nursery. This nursery is another good proof of that. There the green walls were realized with the Histor – Healthy S 2010 G10Y wall paint, a fresh light green wall color!
7. Histor – Laurel S 7020 B90G
Are you a fan of a moss green wall? Then Laurier S 7020 B90G from Histor might be a great option. It is a real dark green wall. To paint all walls in this color can therefore be quite intense, but you can combine it very nicely with a light color.
8. Histor – Charisma 7907 B76G
The color Charisma 7907 B76G from Histor is also a dark green color. Like Monument green from Flexa, it is also a bit of a gray-green shade. Below you can see that the walls, including the kitchen back wall, are painted in this beautiful color.
9. Farrow & Ball – Bancha
The Farrow & Ball Bancha green wall paint is named after Japanese tea leaves. Like a cup of green tea, it provides a sense of security. Bancha is a darker version of the much loved archive shade Olive. A perfect green wall color for those who want to embrace a stronger color in the home, the sober tone creates rooms that feel calm and serene. It is especially beautiful in combination with soft pink and brown.
10. Farrow & Ball – Treron® No.292
This sustainable color is a dark green version of the classic Farrow & Ball Pigeon, which is why it is named after the green variety of the same strain. It has something like olive green. Although traditional in taste, Treron is perfect for modern interiors where many natural materials are used or as an accent to both French Gray and Farrow & Ball’s traditional neutrals.
11. Farrow & Ball – Studio Green
This wall is painted in the beautiful Studio Green, a deep dark green hue. In fact, it is Farrow & Ball’s darkest green shade. The beauty of this color is that it reacts to different strong light influences. Inside the house it can appear very dark, making it even look like black.
12. Farrow & Ball – Calke Green
Calke Green from Farrow & Ball is a very nice green wall paint, but it can also be beautiful on wood. It is particularly suitable for smaller spaces, due to its dark and masculine feel. You can see it coming into its own in this classic dining room, in combination with the classic wooden dining table and matching chairs and the golden candlesticks on the wall.
You can paint a green wall, but you can also create one with vertical gardening !
