We love small bathrooms! Of course, a large bathroom is always nice, but it is great fun to see how creatively people deal with the limited space in a small bathroom. You cannot put everything in it, so you have to make choices. Do you want a bath or just a walk-in shower? Do you want double washbasins or would you prefer a little more space? The small bathroom we are showing today has turned out super beautiful. Look further and get inspired!
Glass walls and doors
The design of this bathroom was created by designer Eitan Cohen of the Israeli interior and design agency Studio ETN. He has furnished an apartment of 85m2, located in Tel Aviv. The apartment has undergone a complete transformation. Many permanent walls have been removed to allow natural light to flow through. Glass walls and doors were also used to increase this effect even more.
The apartment is furnished with a spacious open and bright living room with a cool open kitchen with island. In addition, the desire was to create two bedrooms, with a master bedroom and a children’s room. This has made the bathroom relatively small.
The designer has made a simple and practical layout. On the left you will find a spacious walk-in shower, which is completely screened off with a custom glass wall and accompanying glass door. The fairly large bathroom furniture has been placed next to the walk-in shower. And the toilet is mounted all the way to the right.
Tough industrial retro style
The design is characterized by a tough industrial retro style. The raw concrete ceiling has been left completely intact, which gives the bathroom an industrial look. Materials and colors have been used with a retro style. The beautiful tiles on the floor, for example, with a black and white diamond pattern. The walls are tiled with simple white wall tiles and a very stylish green hue has been used to paint a border at the top of the walls. This green hue is also reflected on the bathroom furniture doors, combined with a golden chest of drawers.
Cool black accents
Black also plays an important role in this bathroom design. The full walk-in shower is tiled with sturdy black tiles. In addition, you will find many more black accents in this bathroom, in the form of the steel frame of the bathroom furniture, the wide black washbasin on top, the double black built-in taps, the black mirror, the black control panel above the toilet, and the black towel rack.
